We want you to be completely satisfied with your home security setup, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased directly from our website. If you are not happy with your device, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the Order History page to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Device

  Factory reset your device to remove personal data and pack it securely in its original packaging including all cables, mounts, and manuals.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
